Masala Corn Chaat Cups

Ingredients

1 cup steamed sweet corn
2.
1 tbsp melted butter or ghee
3.
1 tbsp chopped onion
4.
1 tbsp chopped tomato
5.
1 chutki of Pindi Chaat Masala
6.
Juice of ½ lemon
7.
Small taco shells or papdi cups (optional)
Method
1.
Toss corn, onion, and tomato in a mixing bowl.
2.
Add butter, lemon juice, and chutki bhar of Pindi Chaat Masala. Mix well.
3.
Spoon into taco cups or leaf bowls. Serve with a side of Pindi Masala Papad.
